Availability and confirmation
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed after the agreed advance and acceptance of the booking terms.
Coverage and deliverables
The team size, hours, functions, photo quantities, video lengths, albums, revisions and delivery dates are confirmed in writing. Service descriptions on this website explain available options and are not a fixed package.
Travel and permissions
Travel, accommodation, venue or location permissions and any drone requirements are discussed separately and included or excluded explicitly in the quotation.
Payments, changes and cancellation
The payment schedule and arrangements for rescheduling, cancellation or additional coverage are specified in your individual booking agreement.
Download and back up your files
Our client data retention period is 30 days under the booking terms. Please download your delivered photographs and videos promptly and maintain your own backups.
